Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to provide a risk-free shopping experience, which is why we offer free shipping and free returns on all orders. Please note that we exclusively ship to addresses within Saudi Arabia. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Return Window

Standard Returns: Valid for 15 days from the date your order was fulfilled. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" returns beyond this period.
Manufacturing Defects: If an item has a manufacturing defect, there is no return window. We stand by our quality and will honor returns for defective products regardless of the time elapsed.

Note: While standard shipping is free, any shipping protection fees or customs fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

For standard returns: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For all returns: All accessories, tags, and free promotional items must be included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Damage: You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order if the item was damaged during transit. Please include photos of the packaging and the item.
Manufacturing Defects: Please contact us as soon as a defect is discovered. Include detailed photos or videos of the issue to help us process your claim.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; processing times vary.
Reach out to your bank, as they may require additional time to post the credit.
