Masaar Travelers Limited One-Year Warranty

Products Covered by this Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies to all luggage manufactured by Masaar Travels and purchased directly from Masaar Travels. Our luggage is designed for travel by air, car, train, boat, and foot. This warranty does not cover luggage used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Please note that this warranty primarily covers defects and does not extend to normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling by airlines or other transit providers.

Who This Warranty Extends To

This limited warranty is valid for the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the luggage.

• The "original purchaser" is defined as the first person to purchase the luggage directly from Masaar Travels.
• The "original recipient" is the first individual to receive the luggage as a gift from the original purchaser.

All Masaar Travels warranties are valid only while the luggage is owned by the original purchaser or recipient. A copy of the purchase receipt is required to determine warranty eligibility.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover luggage used for commercial or rental purposes.
