Do suitcases nest in each other?

Only the cabin model (20") can be nested in a large check-in suitcase (28"). Other models cannot be nested in each other.

Why is my suitcase dented on its first use?

Our suitcases are designed for exceptional durability and performance. However, dents and cosmetic wear are natural characteristics of polycarbonate and not indicative of manufacturing defects or poor quality. These marks are a common result of air travel and the rough handling that checked luggage may experience. To help minimize damage, we provide a complimentary protective cover with every suitcase for added protection during transit.

Where is the suitcase shipped from?

We offer free shipping for orders within the UK, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. If your shipping address does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free in  the UK, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. For other regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping options are also available, with fees calculated during checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses at this time.

Do I need to pay duties?

  • UK, Saudi Arabia: No import duties will be charged, but state or provincial taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • International: Duties and taxes may be applicable and will be incurred at the customer’s expense.

Why has the price increased from the last time I checked?

Prices may vary due to changes in taxes, shipping rates, or currency fluctuations.

Do you charge VAT?

For applicable regions, VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Visit masaar travelers account login in your web browser.
  2. Sign in with your registered email and password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?" to reset it.
  3. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel" button next to the item.

If the order is canceled before payment is captured, no refund is needed as the amount charged will be $0.
